Infrastructure: power capacity at the main switchboard (KVA), process water and potable water supply, fire-protection system per TCVN code, internet bandwidth with redundancy, container staging area and turning radius.
Legal: construction permit and PCCC acceptance, environmental impact assessment (EIA) matching your sector, land-use purpose and remaining lease term, sublease and expansion clauses.
